5K YOUR WAY - THIS SATURDAY 31st October !!!!

We think the weather is looking brighter than last weekend so hopefully we can stay dry. If you're Halloween inclined I believe some will be in fancy dress. But don't worry if that not your thing.

We're for anyone affected by cancer; family, friends, health care professionals, and those living with and beyond cancer.
Come and join us for a walk/cheer/jog/run at Central parkrun, Plymouth

Meeting by the clocktower at 8.45am for a 9am start. Keep an eye out for our blue t-shirts.

A slightly smaller group than usual with 18 of us this weekend. Massive congratulations to Birgit Cloos on her 100th volunteering for Parkrun and Junior Parkrun. Without volunteers we wouldn't be able to join in. Great to see some familiar faces back as well.

Join us tomorrow at Central Park for our monthly meet up. You can walk, cheer, jog or join us for a drink after. Central parkrun, Plymouth are also in need of a few more volunteers if you're not up for joining in the actual walking.
Meet by the clocktower near the cafe at 8.45am. Hopefully we've found the flag by then 😂

It's been a very busy weekend for us so sorry about the radio silence..
🌧️18 brave souls turned up in the downpour to take part in Central parkrun, Plymouth
👟Sophie completed the Newnham 4 Mile trail run on Friday evening with Paul marshalling and David on car park duty.
🌊Amy and Judy battled the elements by taking on a sponsored sea swim which got changed 3 times due to the difficult conditions.
⛺Hayley, David and Becky were all at an event for bowel cancer wearing their 5K Your Way tops all weekend in miserable weather.
What a bunch of superstars all using movement for great causes and most importantly for ourselves ..
