Our Recovery College has launched their new Autumn/Winter 2025/26 prospectus which details the wide range of courses relating to mental health and wellbeing available this term beginning on the 15 September 2025.

Roisin O'Hanlon, Recovery College Coordinator said: "“For this term, we continue to build on the values at the heart of the Recovery College of hope, empowerment, connection and lifelong learning. We know that the colder months can be challenging, but they can bring opportunities for slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves and nurturing new growth. Whether you are looking to develop new skills, explore your mental health journey, or find a sense of community and belonging – there is a place for you here."

Registration for courses is essential.
