🤍 Daniela’s Tor-Rox Journey 🤍
When Daniela from London applied to The Tor-Rox Foundation, she was feeling a little lost and wanted to start rebuilding her confidence, strength and sense of self.

Like many people we support, the physical and emotional impact of cancer treatment left her feeling disconnected from the person she used to be. But through Tor-Rox, Daniela was able to access support, encouragement and a community.

🏃‍♂️ MANCHESTER MARATHON 2027 🏃‍♀️
Are you ready to take on 26.2 miles and make a real difference?

We are so excited to announce that we have a limited number of charity places available for the Manchester Marathon next year and we would love YOU on our team 🤍

By joining team Tor-Rox and running for us, you’ll be helping people living with cancer regain strength, confidence and connection through exercise. Because the funds you raise will help fund access to specialist fitness facilities offering small group PT sessions in a supportive community for those navigating cancer and cancer treatment. Not only this, you’ll be achieving something incredible for yourself.

💥What you’ll get:
✔️ A guaranteed place in the Manchester Marathon
✔️ A Tor-Rox running vest or tshirt
✔️ Fundraising support along the way
✔️ An epic cheering squad backing you on race day
and the chance to change lives through exercise 🙌

All we ask is a minimum fundraising target of £400 🙏

We watched thousands of people take on the London Marathon…Every mile, every cheer, every finish line moment - a reminder of what the human body and mind can do.

Wow… what a night ❤️
We are beyond grateful to have been chosen as the charity for last night’s Golden Gloves Gala white collar boxing event.

To every fighter who stepped into the ring - you are amazing. The courage, dedication, and heart you showed will directly help people living with cancer access the power of exercise through The Tor-Rox Foundation, because of your fundraising.

To the organisers, sponsors, coaches, and everyone who attended and donated - thank you for believing in what we do.

Moments like this remind us why Tor-Rox exists: to give people strength, physically and mentally, when they need it most.
