We need your HELP!
With the ongoing dry weather we’re struggling to water all the new trees we’ve planted to keep them alive.
If there’s a tree near you that looks like it needs a drink, please could you give it some love - and a bucket of water! - to keep it going. Any water will do, from a waterbutt or your bath water, trees will appreciate it. And so will we. Please help is to keep the trees alive. Thank you.

During these hot spells could you spare a wateringcan, washingup bowl or bucket of water to help keep them alive please?
Even established can sometimes need a little help when it gets really hot.
Please help us from dying of thirst!

Could the owner of this car parked on the access to Lewes Road recreation ground corner of Robinson Road/Elphick Road please move it. We couldn’t get down onto the field to water the very dry trees around the play area this morning, Many thanks 🌳🌳🌳

We have a problem and we need your help!
In our nursery we have a number of , but we don’t have anywhere to plant them.
Now have a tendency to grow quite large although it does take quite a long time(!)
So we’re looking for people with large gardens that could accommodate an Oak for the next 100 years or so 😁

Is your garden - front or back - big enough?
Would you like an Oak tree?

We’re giving them away and we’ll even come around and plant it for you, all you need to do is give it a drop of water regularly during the dry months for the first three years, and after that just occasionally if it’s unusually dry.
