If the storm passes next week, there's still time to plant most spring flowering bulbs, as long as the soil warms.
Remember Tulips, alium and crocus are good to plant in November . For tulips, this delay into November or even December helps to prevent the Tulip fire fungus.

What a way to add some fiery colour!

Monarda 'Jacob Cline' is a 100% peat free outdoor grown perennial. Commonly known as bergamot, Monarda 'Jacob Cline' , bears large, dark red flowerheads with narrow petals and purple-black bracts in summer. Strong, upright stems carry the flowers above aromatic, mid-green, dagger-shaped leaves.

Plant it in clumps for a concentrated display of summer colour. It grows well in sun or partial shade in rich, well-drained soil that retains moisture during summer.

Place an order online to pick up in store or have delivered by post. Or pop in our nursery shop. Throughout October we're open Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm.
