Today I’m here as Lothian Women’s Officer representing UNISON Lothian Health Branch, focusing on an issue that matters deeply—tackling sexual harassment within the NHS.
This is about listening, learning, and strengthening how we support our members, while also understanding how branches and reps can work in partnership with employers to create meaningful, lasting change.
Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and protected at work.
If you are experiencing anything that doesn’t feel right, please know you are not alone. UNISON Lothian health branch is here to support, advise, and stand with you.

💜Unison Lothian Youth 💚

Our young members recently gathered and enjoyed an evening of bowling. While there was a bit of conversation about work, the primary focus was on getting to know each other and having a great time.

Our young members represent the future of our union and this is an excellent opportunity to collaborate and cultivate a strong voice.
