Together with the Musselburgh Horticultural Society we had a table today at the Fisherrow Summer Craft Fair to advertise our club, and encourage new members to come along to our 2026/2027 season.

We also hope to see lots of our members at the Horticultural Society Flower & Craft show on Saturday 15th August.

There’s 4 Floral Art class options to compete for the Floral Art Club Trophy:

108 - floral art for busy people
109 - seasonal bounty
110 - a summer wedding
111 - gleanings from the hedgerow

Please come along to join in, or just enjoy the exhibits along with a coffee and some home baking.

One of our members has organised an afternoon tea and floral demonstration in aid of CHAS. This a great charity supporting children’s hospice care across Scotland.

The event will take place in Aberlady Village Hall on 6th September.

Today Musselburgh Club had a pleasure of completing an arrangement as part of the SAFAS anniversary flower festival ‘Nostalgia’. Our arrangement represented Scottish Inventors:
•John Logie Baird
•Alexander Fleming
•Alexander Graham Bell

The displays created today are fabulous, and more underway tomorrow.
