Most of what we now consider to be goals are really tasks or to do’s. Tasks and to do's are important but there is no enjoyment or fun factor in them.
True goals, unlike tedious to-do-lists, bring excitement and joy from within us. We're the happiest when we're creating and achieving what we truly want, because we are designed to create and attain goals that matter most. These are our authentic dreams because they reflect our values and intentions, and we reach them with a playful attitude.
