Choice of knickers for your period counts. Think about:

1. Comfort

* Soft, breathable fabrics like cotton help reduce irritation and chafing.
* A well-fitting pair of underwear keeps pads securely in place, preventing discomfort.

2. Leak Protection

* Snug-fitting underwear helps menstrual products stay in position, reducing the risk of leaks.
* Period underwear, designed with absorbent layers, can provide extra protection or even replace disposable products for some people.

3. Hygiene

* Breathable underwear helps keep the ge***al area dry and reduces moisture buildup, which can lower the risk of irritation and infections.
* Changing into clean underwear regularly during a period promotes good menstrual hygiene.
