Today we did an allotment themed session with the young people at our Rainworth Youthclub session.

Unfortunately due to the showers 🌧 we were unable to do gardening up at the Community Garden as originally planned so instead we potted up peas to take home, decorated the pots to give them life and painted stones for our gardens!

When the sun was shining we managed to get outside for a kick around of football ⚽️

In Tonight’s session we celebrated National Allotment day!🍓🐥🌻🪻

We had a walk up to the local allotment and we fed the chickens, watered the plants and the young people even got the chance to plant their own vegetables.

They could have the chance to choose between cucumber, carrots or onions!
The young people really enjoyed it!🫶🏻
