After being there in person and witnessing this explosion of happiness there really is no better feeling seeing all these happy and healthy dogs 😍❤️

"Wheelie babies" is the affectionate name for a special group of disabled rescue dogs who use custom dog wheelchairs to move around at SFT Animal Sanctuary - Tangier

Life of the Wheelie BabiesDaily Care:
Staff members help the dogs into their wheels twice a day so they can run, play, and explore.

The Sandpit:
They live and rest in a specially designed sandpit area at the sanctuary that is regularly cleaned and maintained for them.

Special Outings:
The team frequently takes the dogs on special trips, including supervised visits to the local beach.

SFT relies heavily on public donations, monthly sponsorships, and volunteers to cover food, medical care, and specialized wheel equipment.
