Our Adult Carer Support Group recently enjoyed an afternoon of tea, mindful crafting and good conversation☕🎨

Our brilliant Carer Support Workers plan relaxed activities that give carers the chance to switch off, try something new and connect with others - whether you’re talking about caring or simply your favourite flowers🌷

We run Adult Carer Support Groups across Essex with our partners Essex Carers Support including online.
