The Kent & Medway Recovery & Wellbeing College is offering a range of FREE courses in Maidstone, covering wellbeing, relaxation, creativity, mindfulness, confidence and more.

They also hold regular drop-in sessions at The Mall, Maidstone, where you can pop along, meet the team and find out more about what the college can offer.

The courses are designed to provide supportive and accessible learning spaces, helping people build on their strengths, learn new ways to look after themselves and connect with others.

Do you pay tax? Your donations could be worth 25% more to us at no extra cost to you! 💙

When you donate items to our charity shop and sign up for Gift Aid, we can claim an extra 25% from HMRC when your items sell. That means a £20 sale could become £25 for our charity — helping us make an even bigger difference in Maidstone.

Donations can be dropped off at our Charity Superstore, 49 Church Street, Maidstone, and we can also collect larger items for free.
