Making a difference to the lives of disabled children and their families across West Kent

Providing support for families with children with special needs aged 0 - 25 living or attending school in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. Support comes via several modes; as an information hub- providing information and accurate signposting to other services/organisations; by running family events; through SN child only events; through other projects we commission/run as a result of parent consultation/request.

Help!! THE HALLOWEEN HOUSE IS OPEN!!
One of our member families has again decorated their house to raise money for Space 2 Be Me 🎃🕷🕸✨️...come along if you are looking for a place to visit tonight...First 200 visitors get a free goody bag and I'll be handing out sweeties to those waiting...all donations very welcome even of you can't make it to support their fundraising....thank you 🙏

Are you a parent or carer of a child with additional needs? Our Drop-in Support Sessions offer a chance to receive free, face-to-face support from a Family Support Officer, with no appointment needed.

No diagnosis is required. Whether you're at the beginning of your journey, seeking advice, or simply want to talk things through, we're here to help.

Drop in during the advertised session times for information, guidance and support on anything from education and wellbeing to diagnosis pathways, benefits and local services.

Our experienced Family Support Team understands the challenges families can face and provides a welcoming, non-judgemental space to talk

Sometimes a friendly listening ear can make all the difference 💙

Come and join us for an Amazing Animal Encounter in Tonbridge where children with additional needs (8-17 years old) and their siblings will be supported and encouraged to get up close to a variety of small animals brought in. This event will enable the children to handle/touch a variety of small animals in a safe and secure environment. We will also be doing animal-related Arts and Crafts, decorating some snacks and playing animal games.
