We’re proud to introduce one of the newest projects we’re supporting – Her Academy 💙

Her Academy works with women from some of Israel’s most vulnerable populations, helping those seeking to break cycles of prostitution, abuse and trauma and create a different future for themselves.

Through vocational training, practical skills and employment pathways, women are given the tools and opportunities to build independent and stable lives. From professional training and career development to mentorship and ongoing support, Her Academy helps women take meaningful steps towards long-term change.

But this isn’t only about finding a job. It’s about restoring confidence, creating opportunities and helping women believe that a different future is possible.

We’re honoured to support this incredible project and be part of helping create new beginnings.

Some of the most meaningful impact doesn’t happen on the day itself - it happens afterwards...

Earlier this year, we brought our projects together for the Myisrael Conference. The day was filled with learning, inspiration and connection, but what has happened since has been just as exciting.

Projects that may never have crossed paths are now building meaningful relationships, sharing ideas and turning connections into action. New collaborations and programmes have already emerged, while projects continue to reach out to one another for advice, problem-solving and learning from each other’s experiences.

To keep these connections going, we also created WhatsApp groups that have become active spaces for projects to discuss challenges, celebrate successes and support one another along the way.

Seeing these relationships continue to grow has been a powerful reminder that creating impact is not only about supporting individual organisations - it’s also about building a stronger network of people who can learn from one another, strengthen one another and ultimately create even greater change for the communities they serve.

At the heart of Shavuot is the idea that receiving comes with responsibility to care for one another, strengthen our communities and ensure that no one is left behind.

Especially during challenging times, we continue to see the extraordinary strength of communities across Israel and the world and the quiet heroes working every day to lift others up. Throughout Israel, grassroots charities are supporting vulnerable children, families, the elderly and those facing crisis with compassion, dignity and hope.
