Series 10
In our ongoing effort to make public the only available, credible, and certified 2023 presidential election results, we present the comprehensive tally of invalid votes and their percentages, as examined by the Tripartite Committee with technical support from UNDP experts.

These findings constitute a core component of the final Tripartite Committee Report, formally signed by APC and Government representatives, endorsed by the international community, and acknowledged by President Julius Maada Bio at State House.
Sierra Leoneans urgently call upon the international guarantors — the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel - Unowas, The Commonwealth, African Union, Ecowas - Cedeao, and the broader global community — to compel the illegitimate President Julius Maada Bio to relinquish power to the rightful winner, DR. SAMURA M.W KAMARA. Our nation can no longer endure the devastating consequences of international isolation and economic collapse, which have left it perilously dependent on narcotics trafficking. We demand sustainable development, not criminal enterprise.
