A CALL TO THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATIVE NARCOTICS AND FINANCIAL CRIMES AGENCIES TO INVESTIGATE THE OIL AND PETROLEUM SECTOR, MINING SECTOR, ENTERTAINMENT AND REAL ESTATE AND OTHER PRIVATE COMPANIES IN SIERRA LEONE FOR MONEY LAUNDERING

This platform urgently draws the attention of the international investigative agencies responsible for narcotics and financial crimes, INTERPOL HQ, UNODC - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Drug Enforcement Administration - DEA, Europol, FATF, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Crime Agency and other relevant bodies, to investigate the oil and petroleum sector, the mining sector, the entertainment and real estate sectors, and other private companies in Sierra Leone for the laundering of narcotics funds.

These companies are being used by the Julius Maada Bio Narco regime and Europe’s convicted drug baron fugitive BOLLE JOS LEIJDEKKERS to launder drug money. CÓCAINE funds are paid into Sierra Leone’s consolidated fund accounts under the guise of taxes in order to sustain the illegitimate regime. These companies do not comply with international financial regulations in the conduct of their business. They are co owned by JULIUS MAADA BIO, BOLLE JOS LEIJDEKKERS, members of the NARCO regime, and prominent opposition figures.

THE INTERNATIONAL MORAL GUARANTORS MUST ACT IMMEDIATELY TO RESTORE DEMOCRACY IN SIERRA LEONE, AS CLEARLY STIPULATED IN THEIR MANDATE

Sierra Leoneans continue to urge the international moral guarantors, the United Nations, The Commonwealth, African Union, and Ecowas - Cedeao, to invoke the stipulated enforcement mechanisms in order to restore constitutional and democratic order in Sierra Leone, as explicitly set out in their mandate to implement the Agreement for National Unity and the Tripartite recommendations. These moral guarantors were directly engaged in the dialogue and subsequent investigation into the 2023 elections, following what has been widely characterized as an electoral coup perpetrated by Julius Maada Bio.

The mandates of these moral guarantors (the United Nations, the Commonwealth, the African Union, and ECOWAS) with respect to the implementation of the ANU and the Tripartite recommendations are set out below.

This medium declares to the world that our international moral guarantors, the United Nations, the African Union, the Ecowas - Cedeao and The Commonwealth, bear a direct and inescapable responsibility for the erosion of DEMOCRACY in Sierra Leone, for the continued trafficking of co***ne onto the world market, and for the harbouring of the Europe-convicted drug fugitive BOLLE JOS LEIJDEKKERS by the illegitimate and CĂ’CAINE-STAINED regime of JULIUS MAADA BIO.

These guarantors failed to implement the Tripartite Election Investigation Report, which sets out clear evidence that Julius Maada Bio did not win the 2023 election. A solemn mandate was entrusted to them to give effect to that report and to restore DEMOCRACY in Sierra Leone, with an enforcement mechanism sufficient to install the rightful winner of the 2023 presidential election, as the report itself establishes.

We wish world leaders, and Sierra Leoneans at home and abroad, to understand that these same guarantors are the reason Sierra Leone remains under a president whose claim to office does not rest on a credible mandate, and the reason the country has become an international hub for CÔCAINE trafficking.

We therefore call upon the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the G7 and other concerned nations to intervene in the Sierra Leone question, and to engage the leadership of the United Nations, the African Union, ECOWAS and the Commonwealth so that the tripartite recommendations already endorsed by the United Nations and ECOWAS are implemented in full, and without further delay.

The judiciary, parliament, and executive machinery are colluding against ordinary citizens, staging an elaborate spectacle masquerading as transparency. Regrettably, the ostensible opposition has abandoned the Tripartite process—their clearest path to the presidency—and is instead legitimizing these anomalous court proceedings. After his disgraceful isolation by global leaders, development partners, President President Donald J. Trump, and members of his administration at the United Nations General Assembly ( ), NARCO President Julius Maada Bio has levelled an alarming accusation against the United States government. Speaking to students at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center, he claimed that Washington is demanding Sierra Leone’s critical minerals for free. Such an allegation should not be treated lightly. Julius Maada Bio is simply saying that the United States government wants to take Sierra Leone’s critical minerals without any benefit to Sierra Leoneans.

Julius Maada Bio failed to tell the Harvard Kennedy School students that he is harbouring Europe’s most wanted convicted drug baron, BOLLE JOS LEIJDEKKERS, a man responsible for large-scale CÓCAINE trafficking worldwide. He also failed to explain how he STOLE the 2023 election, that there are still no results to support his claimed presidency, the international crimes he has committed, the massive corruption in his administration, and how he has destroyed Sierra Leone’s democracy.

The NARCO and ILLEGITIMATE President Julius Maada Bio has now resorted to blackmailing the United States government with these dangerous allegations.
