"I'm scared a bomb will find me." Maria is a child living with the reality of war.
She worries about losing her mother. She struggles to sleep because she fears a bomb could strike at any moment. When she hears or sees a drone, her instinct is to run and hide.
These are not worries any child should carry. Through our local partners in Ukraine, children like Maria can access activities, emotional support, and safe spaces where they can experience moments of joy away from the daily stresses of war.

Hydrotherapy offers so much more than fun in the water. For children with additional needs, it can help improve mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and confidence. Regular hydrotherapy can also support healthy posture and physical development, helping to reduce the risk of complications such as scoliosis.

Through our partner, the Tony Hawks Centre in Moldova, children receive specialist hydrotherapy sessions that help them thrive and reach their full potential.
