🌍 UWC International is hiring!

We’re looking for an Administrative Associate to join our team in Berlin and help keep our office running smoothly and effectively.

This is a varied role where you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, act as a key point of contact for colleagues and partners, and help improve the systems and processes that keep our international organisation connected.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.

📍 Location: Berlin, Germany (office-based)
🕒 Working pattern: Part-time, 16 hours per week
📅 Contract: Permanent
🚀 Start date: As soon as possible

When conflict disrupts everything else, education can become one of the few stabilising forces left. 🤝

In our 2025/2026 Impact Report, students and alumni from Sudan reflect on what it means to continue learning while navigating displacement, uncertainty and responsibility to their communities.

Their experiences challenge a common assumption that education can sit apart from conflict.

At UWC, it cannot.

Students live and learn together while carrying different histories, perspectives and realities into the same space.

Peace is not a subject. It is how we live.
