🍁 Autumn Leaves: Paint, Relax & Let Go 🍂

Wrap yourself in the colours of autumn and join us for a cosy, feel-good painting session inspired by one of nature's most powerful reminders: sometimes we need to let go to make space for new beginnings.

As the trees release their leaves and prepare for a new season, we'll take inspiration from the beauty of autumn to create our own artwork using warm seasonal colours, real leaves, and simple painting techniques. You'll explore leaf printing, colour blending, and nature-inspired designs while reflecting on what you'd like to leave behind and what you'd like to carry forward into the months ahead.

🎨 Age: Suitable for ages 12+ (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)
💰 Cost: £5 deposit and £1 booking fee
🎨 No Experience Needed

A day out at Camber Sands 🌊☀️

Good weather, good food and plenty of laughs. Everyone enjoyed some time by the beach, got involved in a few rounds of bingo and finished the day with an amazing meal from Saffron Kitchen including plenty of mango lassi 🥭

Supporting Humanity took our amazing community to Camber Sands for a well deserved day by the sea. From relaxing on the beach and playing games to sharing laughs and making new friends, it was a beautiful day filled with smiles, memories and togetherness. 🏖️

Some more amazing pictures from our wonderful day out at Kew Gardens, making the most of the beautiful sunshine and spending time together. 💚

The day started with some delicious food from Saffron Kitchen, giving everyone the chance to enjoy a lovely meal before exploring everything Kew Gardens had to offer.

From beautiful flowers and colourful plants 🌺🌷 to peaceful gardens and stunning scenery, there was so much to see and enjoy. It was lovely seeing everyone out, enjoying the sunshine, having a laugh and making some beautiful memories together. 🤍

Yesterday, Supporting Humanity took our lovely group on a day out to Kew Gardens, where they enjoyed the sunshine, explored the beautiful plants and scenery, and spent quality time surrounded by others. 💚

🤍 FREE Sisters’ Ghusl & Shrouding Workshop 🤍

Every Muslim should know the importance and dignity of caring for our deceased according to the Sunnah. Join our experienced sisters for a practical and educational workshop on the Islamic process of Ghusl (washing) and Shrouding (Kafan).
