Many congratulations to all our Club Championship winners and runners up from yesterday.

Well played to Margo Gardner who won in a closely contested match with Eva Woodward. A great match played in trying conditions all day.

The same kind of fight was unfolding in the ladies Handicap match, with Gill Scott victorious against Liz Menzies.

Well done ladies you are all winners.

Some pictures from our recent trip away. Enjoyable golf and hospitality at Kinghorn golf club and Dunnikier Park golf club. Lovely stay the Dean Park Hotel, great food and staff.

We had a special visitor to the club on Tuesday, Julia Grant. The Airthrey Care Home where she is a resident were making residents wishes come true. Julia wanted to visit WLGC. We had coffee then took her up to the Monument in a buggy, which she enjoyed followed by a look through the photograph album. Sandwiches, cakes and coffee went down a treat.
