UPDATE: RETURN TO THE UK TO THE CITY OF LONDON

The Safer Schools Campaign will now be based here for the foreseeable future, until the Prime Minister, the UK Government and Parliament, agree that the safeguarding failings related to bullying, physical and sexual violence in UK schools and the harm, suicides and deaths that have occurred as a consequence, will finally be investigated.

UK RETURN MAY MEAN I FACE TERRORISM CHARGES

An official report has been produced identifying me as a terrorism concern. This now allows the UK Government to target me under the guise of my being a potential terrorist making a return to the UK at the present time fraught with risk.

Despite this, I cannot let a fear of government silence us as a campaign and prevent us from fighting to save the lives of millions of children not just in the UK but across the globe. I have decided that the best way to do this is to return home at some stage and face the Government head on whatever dangers that may bring.

JUDICIAL REVIEW OF A FORCED RETURN USING SPECIAL OPERATIONS: https://publicinquirynow.co.uk/judicial-review-of-forced-return

A Pre-action Protocol letter regarding judicial review has now been sent to the Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the UK Government.

The legal case put forward, is that in view of all the information and facts that were available, the decision to order the return of Jason Barnett to the UK using physical force, resulting in serious injury and a threat to life was both ‘disproportionate’ and ‘unnecessary’ rendering the decision ‘unlawful’.

A brief message for anyone who may have been concerned regarding recent events.

On 2 April, 4 days after 2 previous failed attempts, a special operation was carried out to ensure I was successfully returned to the UK, involving both Swiss and UK Authorities. This was carried out on a special charter flight, with in my case a commercial airliner used to return myself as the one and only passenger back to the UK. This as far as I know is unprecedented.

I was questioned and ultimately released back on UK soil, without any guarantees that I would not suffer reprisals from the Government for my actions. As a consequence of this and information gathered, as soon as I could, I made a rapid departure out of the UK to what I deemed to be a safe country, where I currently remain.

There are questions regarding the legality of the operation and the actions of the UK Government and the Home Office. I plan to publish information about actions now set in motion in regards this tomorrow and what the plan for the Safer Schools campaign to address bullying, physical and sexual violence in schools is going forwards.

Today is the deadline for my removal so it may be a busy day. I am briefly back on here though to say thank you to everyone for commenting, sharing and raising awareness about the situation here in Switzerland and especially all those who have now used the letter template to write to their MPs. Just to remind you I have been keeping a brief log while here in Geneva, which is the easiest way to find out what is happening throughout this process and how things are. I have tried to do a brief entry at least every 3 days and so if there is anything you want to know, you should find it there.

EMERGENCY: FAILED ATTEMPT TODAY OF A RETURN TO THE UK BY PHYSICAL FORCE - I NEED YOUR HELP TO WRITE TO MPs

Today the Swiss authorities tried to return me to the UK by force. I was taken to a plane, handcuffed, put in a chokehold and carried by my arms and legs towards the back of the plane. URGENT UPDATE: THREAT OF IMPRISONMENT AND A FORCED RETURN

In January, as a consequence of campaigning against the Government, I was forced to leave the UK and apply for asylum in Geneva Switzerland.

Subsequently my asylum application and appeal were denied and I was asked to leave Switzerland and return to the UK. I have now published the public statement below in relation to this. My position is that I will not leave Switzerland until reasonable steps are taken by the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer as well as the UN, to ensure the safety of children primarily in relation to bullying, physical and sexual violence in schools both within the UK and across the globe. Ultimately this may result in me being arrested, imprisoned and returned to the UK by physical force.
I am though prepared for all outcomes, as I have been since the beginning of this journey, knowing that God is always with me and fully in control.

(Update I have now received an email from the Swiss Authorities saying the Police will now be visiting me in the near future to discuss my departure, due to my refusal to return to the UK voluntarily.)

Asylum log Geneva Switzerland

As promised I will keep a basic record/log here https://publicinquirynow.co.uk/asylum-log in regards my application for Asylum in Geneva Switzerland. This should ensure the process remains transparent and my situation visible.

I am fully prepared for all eventualities including a negative decision. It would take a very brave Swiss Migration Authority and Government to publicly declare that they believe the UK Government to be a bad actor in relation to the deaths of numerous children in relation to bullying, physical and sexual violence in schools. An Asylum decision in my favour would effectively confirm that this is believed to be the situation in this case.

Numerous parties in Geneva have stated that it is an extraordinary situation that someone from the UK would be seeking refuge, this in itself is potentially the biggest barrier I may face. ��

Thank you for all your comments and prayers. They are appreciated but I am unable to reply to them for a number of reasons. Again there is nothing that anyone can do to help at the moment. It’s just about going through the process for now. Just to reiterate I am well and hopefully the brief updates in the record log will keep everyone informed.

CAMPAIGN UPDATE: My Asylum Application - Geneva, Switzerland.

Just over 2 weeks ago, I quietly fled the UK and flew to Geneva, Switzerland to seek Asylum. This was as a direct result of the Safer Schools Campaign and the fight to expose safeguarding system failings within government and evidence of a cover up of the failings that have led to harm, suicides and deaths, related to bullying, physical and sexual violence in UK schools.

I intend to keep a digital record/log which I will begin posting in the next day or so. This should ensure the process remains transparent and public, which in turn should offer a degree of protection from the UK Government. Please share this post if you feel able to do so, which will also help in this regard.
