A very lovely evening was spent recently with the ladies from Steeton Bobbins WI making themed collage sketchbooks!

We’re looking for kind, reliable drivers to help take patients to and from Manorlands Hospice.

As a Volunteer Driver, you’ll provide safe, dependable transport, offer a friendly and reassuring presence, and stay in touch with the hospice team if you have any concerns. You’ll also keep simple records of mileage and make sure your vehicle is roadworthy and insured.

The role takes just 3–6 hours a week and is flexible to fit around you. You’ll need a fully insured car, a valid MOT, and a driving licence held for at least one year.

If you enjoy driving and have a caring nature, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch or share 💙

April has been a busy month for the Bobbins, along with our monthly meeting, where we welcomed the wonderful Maria Glott, we've also enjoyed coffee club at Cliffe castle, two lovely walks, book club, craft club and today three of our ladies attended the The West Yorkshire Federation of Women's Institutes annual meeting 😊

Our next monthly meeting is May 5th 7pm - 9pm at St Stephens church hall and we're scrapbooking with Jane from Craven Arts 🎨
