‘We are delighted to share and celebrate two important internal promotions within Catholic Care, recognising the talent, commitment and leadership potential that exists across our charity.
🧡Zoe Mortimer - Registered Manager, Living for Tomorrow
‘We are delighted to announce that Zoe, previously a Deputy Manager within Living for Tomorrow, has been successfully appointed as a Registered Manager.
During her time as Deputy Manager, Zoe has demonstrated commitment, growing confidence and a real capacity to develop further as a leader. She brings operational knowledge, strong relationships with colleagues and the people we support, and a clear understanding of what good quality, person centered support should look and feel like.
Becoming a registered manager is an important next step, bringing with it greater responsibility, accountability and opportunity. We are excited to see Zoe build on the strengths she already has, develop her own leadership identity and continue to grow and flourish in her new role.’
💜Jessica Price - Interim Senior Manager, Foundations for Tomorrow & Steps for Tomorrow
‘We are also delighted to share that Jess has been appointed as Interim Senior Manager, providing leadership across both Foundations for Tomorrow and Steps for Tomorrow.
Jess brings a wealth of experience from her leadership of Foundations for Tomorrow, alongside a strong understanding of our values, our people and, most importantly, the children and families we support.
This new role provides an exciting opportunity for Jess to bring her skills and experience across a wider area of the charity, strengthening connections between our services and supporting the continued development of our leadership arrangements.
We are really pleased to see Jess take this next step and look forward to supporting her as she continues to develop within the role!’

We want to be an organisation where people can see opportunities to learn, develop, progress and lead.
