Make A Smile - Leeds

Make A Smile - Leeds Make a Smile is a group of University-aged students that visit children, mostly in hospitals or in a community setting, dressed as beloved characters!

Welcome to Make a Smile Leeds. We believe that all children deserve a childhood and understand that illness or disability can make this very difficult for some children. Our goal is to help these children to enjoy their childhood. We endeavour to be professional, forward-thinking and well trained but hold at the forefront of our practice that fun is the number one priority for both children and volunteers. We hope that you have a long and enjoyable association with us. If you are interested in either our services, or becoming a volunteer within the charity, please drop us an email or message - we're so keen to form new partnerships!

Happy ! With September just around the corner, it’s a time of change and new beginnings for many of us. Spiderman reminds us that even when we’re Far From Home, sharing smiles and making new friends is never far away. 🕷️📚❤️

We hope you’re having a wonderful sunny Saturday! Please join us for our virtual introduction training session next Sunday at 7:30! The QR code in the post will direct you to our volunteer registration form and the link for the online training session.
