Lancaster Roses W.I.

Lancaster Roses W.I. Jam and Jerusalem OR Beer and Cake...Brownies for grown ups. Meet at Bowerham School, 3rd Monday of the month, 7.30pm The W.I. is definitely not all about jam!

We are one of Lancashire's newer W.I.s based in Lancaster. We invite women aged 18-100 and more to come along, meet people, learn stuff and basically have fun. We want to be part of the new wave of W.I. where meeting activities can range from self-defence to knitting and burlesque to life-drawing to sushi-making; made for the members and doing what the members want to do. We are a member of the La

ncashire Federation of Womens Institute. For more information on the Lancashre Federation please visit:

Orienteering in Williamson Park
Hi all,
Sue and I spent a very pleasant afternoon with other Federation members orienteering. Something neither of us had done before. Our team came second. Would recommend looking at the LFWI events. A good chance to meet other members.
Cheers June.
