Ellel Parish Council Ellel Parish Council is a civil local authority and is the tier of local government which is closest to the electorate.

It is responsible for serving all residents in the parish of Ellel. Due to the democratic nature of the business of the Parish Council it may not be appropriate for an individual councillor to make comments on the issue you raise. Though Ellel PC is keen to hear residents views, it will not be able to take comments made on its social media accounts as official comments, particularly on planning ap

plications. In order to manage the messages received, residents will be asked – if necessary – to forward their comments to Ellel PC. This can be done by emailing the Parish Clerk, by contacting a Parish Councillor or by attending a monthly meeting. Items for consideration for the Council should be directed to:
