Express Group Fife aims to support those facing mental health problems by providing a place to come along and meet with others experiencing similar issues and enjoy an environment of peer support. They also aim to reduce isolation and provide activities for the members to join in with (such as dominoes, arts and crafts & board games) which the group members choose for themselves. Express Group also has a caseworker who attends the group and who can provide one to one support with completion of forms or with referring on to agencies such as Citizen’s Advice. Sessions are £4.50 and includes breakfast, lunch, teas and coffees.

The Kirkcaldy Group is held at Linton Lane every Friday from 9:30 – 13:00

Another huge thank you to MKM Kirkcaldy for their amazing donation of one of the boards for our art project for our 16-24 group, and again to Paul Dow Joinery for cutting and delivering these for us 😊 amazing people out there, there really is.

Our adult's Arts and Crafts group runs every Thursday Morning from 9:30 - 11:30 and is £3:00 per class. The class offers members a chance to take part in group projects or to bring along and work on their own projects and is also a great opportunity to socialise. No previous artistic experience is required, all materials are provided and advice and guidance is on hand from the group facilitator Lynn. Newcomers (and carers) always welcome...just come along. Teas, coffees and filled rolls are also available for £1.50

Join Cheryl for our Walk ‘n’ Talk Group. This group is designed to get people out in the fresh air for some exercise while providing friendly companionship. Every Thursday morning the group meet at the Linton Lane Centre and head out for a walk around some of Kirkcaldy’s nicest areas before heading back to the Centre for tea, coffee and filled rolls.
