We’re feeling very grateful today, Ian Johnston Funeral Directors have been long‑term supporters of Nourish, and once again they’ve shown incredible kindness by donating Easter Eggs for our carers and families.
This morning we held a special Easter Monday Happy Mondays session, filled with crafts, singing, laughter, and plenty of Easter cheer. Their generous donation helped us celebrate together, and many of our families were also able to drop in throughout the day to collect Easter Eggs to take home.
A heartfelt thank you to Johnstone Funeral Directors for spreading joy in our community. Your continued support means so much and is truly appreciated.

What a lovely and calming start to the day, last Thursday at our Carers Wellness and Self-care Group this morning. We were delighted to welcome Gillian, who gently guided our carers through a wonderfully relaxing art‑based destress session. It was a chance for everyone to slow down, switch off, and enjoy some much‑needed time for themselves.
A huge thank you to Gillian for delivering such a calm, supportive and wonderful workshop. It was lovely to see a real mixture of carer roles attending, a great reminder that caring touches everyone.
Thank you to all our carers for taking the time to come along and look after you for a change. Don't miss out on our next Carers day on the 9th April which is our Carers’ Pamper Morning: Hand Massage & Manicure Session, book your space via our webpage Events - Nourish Support Centre

Climate Champions & Eco Fun
Our Where Caring Meets Climate Action work is now live on our website, and we would love more families to explore it. The pages include simple activities, Eco Fun ideas and our Climate Champions challenges. These resources help families enjoy nature, learn new skills and take small steps that support our environment.
This work has been made possible through generous funding from The Climate Hub Fife. Their support has helped us strengthen our environmental policy and put our plans into action across Nourish.
You can visit our website to explore the resources and get involved. Where Caring Meets Climate Action - Nourish Support Centre
You could even become a Climate Champion and show your support for our environment.
