✨ A NEW LOOK FOR RUMBLETUMSTOTS! ✨

We’ve got something exciting to share… RumbletumsTots is getting a fresh new look!

We’re delighted to unveil our brand-new RumbletumsTots logo, beautifully designed by the wonderful team at The New Fat Design Agency. 🎨✨

But this isn’t just about a new logo…

Behind the scenes, our team are working hard to bring lots of exciting new additions to RumbletumsTots over the coming months 👀🌈

We want our sessions to be places where little ones can play, explore, socialise and have fun, while continuing to support their learning, development and confidence through engaging activities and experiences. 🧸🎨🎶

We’re also looking at exciting opportunities to collaborate with local services, baby and toddler classes, family organisations, specialists and other community groups, bringing new experiences, knowledge and opportunities directly to families.

From activities designed to support different areas of child development, to opportunities for parents and carers to discover useful services, classes and support available locally — there’s lots in the pipeline! ❤️

And the best bit? RumbletumsTots is still completely FREE to attend! 🙌💛

Our aim is to make RumbletumsTots more than just a toddler group. We want it to be a welcoming community hub where families can connect, discover, learn, play and give their little ones opportunities to thrive. 🌈

🤝 Could you help us make it happen?

Do you — or someone you know — run a service, baby/toddler class, activity or organisation that you think would work brilliantly with RumbletumsTots?

We’d love to hear from you!

📧 Get in touch with our Project Manager, Joe, at [email protected], or, comment on this post to chat about potential opportunities to work together and bring something exciting to our families.

A huge thank you to The New Fat Design Agency for bringing our new look to life — we absolutely love it! And of course to our team of volunteers for making our sessions happen week in week out! 💛

Building our future, stronger and brighter!

Yesterday, some of our amazing Rumbletums staff and volunteers took part in a two-module training programme focused on Positive Approaches to Behaviour and De-escalation.

Delivered by Maybo, the training gave our team valuable knowledge, practical techniques and greater confidence in understanding behaviour, responding positively to challenging situations and helping to keep Rumbletums safe, welcoming and supportive for everyone. 🙌

At Rumbletums, we believe that investing in our people means investing in those who need us most. Our staff and volunteers work incredibly hard to make Rumbletums a place where young people with learning disabilities, families and the wider community feel safe, included and valued.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to take part — and to Alex at Maybo for delivering such an important and valuable programme. 👏

Learn. Grow. Belong - The Rumbletums way 💚

Rumbletums is helping to keep our community safer!

We’re really pleased to share that we have a Life Saving Defibrillator and Emergency Bleed Kit fitted to the external walls of Rumbletums Café & Training Project in Kimberley.

❤️ Defibrillator – providing potentially life-saving equipment in the event of a cardiac arrest.

🩸 Emergency Bleed Kit – containing essential equipment to help someone suffering from a serious bleed while emergency services are on their way.

Both are located outside our premises, meaning they can be accessed by the wider community when needed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We hope they’re never needed, but having this equipment available, accessible and ready to use could make a life-saving difference.

Rumbletums has always been about more than just a café. We’re a place for training, community, support and making a real difference — and we’re really proud that our building can now play another small part in helping keep our community safe.

📍 Rumbletums Café, 2a Victoria Street, Kimberley

Please help us spread the word so people in the local community know that this life-saving equipment is here. 🙏

Beautiful handmade gifts, helping to support Rumbletums! 💚

We’ve been incredibly lucky to receive a very generous donation from a lovely gentleman in our community, who has handmade all of these wonderful wooden items himself.

From beautiful wooden boxes and trays to vases, planters, trivets and unique decorative pieces, each item has been lovingly handcrafted and is completely individual.

We’re now offering these beautiful pieces for sale in our Rumbletums foyer, with the price of each item displayed underneath.

Every penny raised will go towards supporting the work we do at Rumbletums Café & Training Project — helping us continue providing training, opportunities and support for young people with learning disabilities. 💚

A huge thank you to our incredibly kind donor for thinking of Rumbletums and giving us these beautiful handmade pieces to sell. Your generosity really does make a difference.

If you’re visiting Rumbletums, have a look in the foyer — you might just find a unique little treasure to take home! 🪵✨

A little reassurance from Rumbletums

We’re aware of the recent news and concerns circulating around eggs and the reported Salmonella outbreak in the UK.

We want to reassure our customers that all of the eggs we use at Rumbletums are British free-range eggs.

We take food safety extremely seriously and carefully consider the ingredients and suppliers we use in our kitchen. Your safety, and the safety of our trainees and staff, is incredibly important to us.

So, if you’re visiting Rumbletums for breakfast, lunch, a slice of cake or one of our homemade treats, you can enjoy your food knowing that we know where our eggs come from.

Thank you, as always, for supporting Rumbletums and the work we do.
