Awsworth Youth & Community Centre Awsworth Youth & Community Centre is our independently managed community venue that is your local space to meet, create and connect. Registered Charity 514283.

It is available to hire by groups/individuals that benefit Awsworth and its residents. The Awsworth Youth & Community Centre is a UK-registered charity (514283). The centre was originally built in 1999 to house ABC Youth Club and to benefit the lives of those living in Awsworth and the surrounding areas. ABC Youth Club is open from 6:00-8:00pm every Thursday evening (depending on volunteer availab

ility). We are open during the school holidays but we do have a break over winter (dates will be confirmed). We welcome all children in school years 6-10 living in the villages of Awsworth, Babbington and Cossall or those having close links with the villages. Membership is free, but parental consent is required which can be given using the online form https://forms.office.com/r/etJLUneNZu or a paper form at the centre. We have also been home to Awsworth Methodist Church since 2014. The centre is available to hire at only £10 per hour to groups that benefit the local communities. We particularly welcome groups that are aimed at younger people. Please note that we do not host private celebration parties. Our final week of HAF! ⭐️❤️

To celebrate our final week of HAF sessions, we finished off the day by decorating some biscuits to take home to family members. You can see how we got on below! 🔥

Running these sessions has been absolutely amazing, we did some cooking or healthy meals, crafted some interesting DIY bits, played some fun games and made some new friends! 🤝🏽

During our Summer HAF programme session today we worked together to make healthy snack plates for lunch! Everybody worked hard to make it balanced and look amazing! 🍓⭐️

As of today, Awsworth Youth & Community Centre now has a Community Bookshelf!! 📕

If you want to take a book, read a book or swap a book it’ll be open for the local community. We have books for ALL ages. 🏡
