The Building is hired on an hourly basis. A minimum rental of seven hours is required (£105). A minimum rental of five hours (£75) maybe allowed for children’s parties at the discretion of hirer. A maximum charge of £180 will be made for a full days use. We DO NO
T take bookings for 16th, 18th or 21st birthday parties. A security deposit of a minimum of £50 (additional at discretion of hirer) will also be required. This will be returned via BACS within 14 days after the event providing the following is adhered to:
1. The building and land are left in an undamaged, clean and tidy state.
2. The furniture put away neatly and safely on trolleys as per store plan.
3. All rubbish placed in the bin in the car park. Any additional cleaning costs required will be charged to the hirer. Any damage caused to the structure, contents, fittings and glazing of the building and land thereon will be charged to the hirer at full replacement cost. A non-refundable booking deposit of £30 is required to secure a booking (unless paid in full). Balance of the payment including security deposit must be made two weeks prior to the event. In the event of full day or evening bookings, the hirer and all guests must vacate the building by midnight. The use of pins, staples and sticking tape are not permitted on the walls and woodwork. The building is fully licensed for the sale and consumption of alcohol. As with any licensed premises, there is strict management to ensure no alcohol is brought onto the premises without the permission of the bar manager and no alcohol is sold to anyone under age. The hirer will be given access instructions once full payment has been received. Please request access instructions if not received in plenty of time before your event. Do not turn up on the day without them. The hall is not manned. Ensure fire exits are kept clear at all times and you are aware of the emergency fire procedures for the building.
