A MASSIVE thank you to all our volunteers 💙💙💙

This Volunteers' Week, we’re celebrating the amazing people who support Morecambe Bay and make a difference.

From volunteers who help to run our free mobility vehicle hire service around Morecambe Bay, we just couldn’t do it without you and your input makes a massive difference to those who use the service.

To volunteers in Birkrigg, who year after year, continue to clear vegetation away from ancient monuments keeping them off the Heritage at Risk register and accessible and enjoyable to the public.

To the community at Sunderland Point who give their time, energy and commitment to the ‘Our Future Coast’ project by engaging with this project so enthusiastically and helping to test nature-based solutions to combat flooding and coastal erosion.

Thank you for your commitment, energy, and the countless hours you give to support the Bay.
