If you require an affordable office space in the centre of Kendal, South Lakes Foyer has 2 office spaces available, these can be rented on a full day, half day, hourly or full-time basis with no minimum or maximum stay, we can rent the rooms on a rolling monthly rental to provide flexibility or alternatively on a lease.

Cochrane Room – approx. size 16ft 3” x 14ft 8”.
Office 2 – approx. 9ft 10” x 14ft 7” .

The service charges listed below are included in the costs.

• Electricity and heating in own office and the communal areas
• Water charges in own office and the communal areas
• Servicing and maintaining the alarm systems in the building
• PA test of the equipment supplied by Riverside
• Pest Control
• Security of the building
• Maintenance and servicing of the equipment supplied by Riverside but not your own
• Business rates in the building but not in your own areas
• Cleaning in the communal areas but not in own office
• Free Wi-Fi
• Access to the building 24/7 including bank holidays. We will provide two sets of keys for the building.
• Communal waste disposal
• Access to staff kitchen (subject to availability).
• Furniture / desks in office (you can bring your own if you prefer).
