We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer confidential appointments with our local Social Prescriber from PACT (Proactive Care Team) on Friday afternoons.

A Social Prescriber can provide support, advice, and help connect you with local services and community resources to improve your health and wellbeing.

If you would like to find out more or book an appointment, please call in to see us or give us a call.
