🌞 A Fantastic Day Out at Bolton Abbey🌞

The ladies from Sangat centre enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Bolton Abbey We were fortunate to have beautiful weather throughout the day, making it the perfect opportunity to take in the stunning scenery and enjoy a lovely picnic together.

The trip provided a great chance to relax, socialise, and spend quality time with one another. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the day was filled with laughter, friendship, and happy memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special! 😊

The ladies wellbeing group at Sangat centre have started a healthy lifestyle program delivered by Apna Living
The first session began with weigh - ins for the ladies, finding out eating habits and a talk on healthy eating alternatives. An opportunity was given to the ladies to ask any questions regarding healthy eating, there was a good round of questions and answers.
The Apna healthy living program will be continuous for the next coming weeks.
The session was finished off by a friendly match of carrom between friends.
