On Employability Day, we’re proud to showcase the team behind the work at Paddock Trust!

Through our Step by Step and Employment Kirklees projects, we provide flexible, outreach-based support in community settings across Kirklees, meeting people where they are.

Our support goes beyond job searching, it’s about building confidence, removing barriers and supporting people through real-life challenges, whether that’s financial difficulties, health, digital skills or caring responsibilities.

Every journey looks different, and we take the time to understand what works for each individual, providing the right support at the right time.

We’re proud of the work our team does to help people take those next steps, not just into work, but towards something sustainable and right for them.

You’ll often find us out in the community, supporting people where it matters most.”

We are delighted to be partnering with Batley Food Bank from 18th May 2026 to deliver an Advice & Guidance Service right within the food bank.

This is a fantastic step forward in making support more accessible for our community, offering practical advice exactly where it’s needed most.

Strong partnerships create stronger communities 💚, and we’re proud to be working together to support people across Kirklees.

From 18th May 2026 we will have an Advice Service within the food bank to help support people with debt management, employment, budgeting, form filling and housing support. Look for further information coming soon on social media and on our website

We’re looking for an Employment Support Outreach Advisor to join us and make a real difference in Kirklees communities.

If you’re empathetic, great at building relationships, and passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment, we’d love to hear from you!

As an Employment Support Outreach Advisor, you’ll work across Kirklees, supporting individuals into work, training, and education. You’ll need to be confident engaging with people, inspiring positive change, and working independently. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
