🌿 Carers Week is here! (8–14 June 2026) 🌿

This week we are recognising unpaid carers across the UK.

Unpaid carers support family members, friends, and loved ones every day.

The theme this year is “Building Carer Friendly Communities.”
This means creating places where carers are seen, supported, and valued.

Carers do an important job. This week is about saying thank you and making sure support is available.

Clients put in a fantastic effort throughout the session. It was a great workout for everyone involved.
