📚 HOME EDUCATORS – HOLLYS HOPE EDUCATIONAL PACKAGE 💜

At Hollys Hope, we believe every young person deserves to understand what a healthy relationship looks like — and, just as importantly, recognise when a relationship is becoming unhealthy, controlling or abusive.

We are now offering our educational package on young teens and domestic abuse to home-educated young people and their families.

Our education is delivered sensitively and age-appropriately, covering topics including:

💜 Healthy vs unhealthy relationships
💜 Red flags and warning signs
💜 Coercive and controlling behaviour
💜 Emotional and physical abuse
💜 Jealousy, isolation and monitoring
💜 Online and digital abuse
💜 Consent, boundaries and respect
💜 Where and how to ask for help

Holly was just 15 years old when she lost her life. Through Holly’s Hope, we are determined to use her story to educate young people, start conversations and help prevent another young person experiencing abuse without recognising what is happening to them.

We know that home-educated young people should have access to these vital conversations too, which is why we would love to connect with home education groups, networks and individual families interested in accessing our educational package.

💜 These figures are heartbreaking — but sadly, they are not surprising.

The NSPCC has revealed that the number of adults contacting its Helpline with concerns about children experiencing domestic abuse has reached the highest level since records began.

Between April 2025 and March 2026, there were 8,448 child welfare contacts where domestic abuse was the main concern — an increase of more than 80% since 2021/22. Almost a third resulted in referrals to agencies including the police and children’s social services.

At Hollys Hope, these figures reinforce why we will continue to speak out, educate and campaign.

Domestic abuse doesn’t suddenly begin when somebody turns 16 or 18. Young people can experience coercive control, manipulation, isolation, threats, emotional abuse and physical violence within their own relationships.

We know only too painfully how devastating the consequences can be.

This is why we continue to campaign for Holly’s Law and for greater recognition and protection for children under 16 who experience abuse within their own intimate relationships.

Holly was just 15 years old. 💜

We cannot change what happened to Holly, but in her memory we will keep doing everything we can to educate young people about the warning signs of unhealthy and abusive relationships and push for changes that could help protect other children.

These record figures aren’t just numbers. Behind every statistic is a child, a family and a story.

Children experiencing abuse deserve to be recognised.
They deserve to be heard.
They deserve to be protected.

Three and a half years. It still doesn’t seem possible that so much time has passed since we lost our beautiful Holly.

Not a single day goes by that we don’t miss her. She was kind, caring, funny, and had the biggest heart. The space she has left in our lives can never be filled, but her love continues to inspire everything we do.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who has stood beside us over the last three and a half years. Whether you’ve donated, volunteered, attended an event, shared our posts, supported Holly’s Hope, or simply checked in on our family, you have helped us through some of the darkest days imaginable.

The warmth, kindness, and compassion from our community has been overwhelming. Holly loved people, and I know she would be so proud to see so many people coming together in her memory, helping us raise awareness, support others, and work towards making a difference through Holly’s Hope.

Every conversation started, every fundraiser supported, every message shared, and every act of kindness helps keep Holly’s legacy alive. It reminds us that although she is no longer here with us, her impact continues to reach so many lives.

Thank you for believing in our family, believing in Holly’s Hope, and for walking this journey with us. Your support means more than words could ever express, and we will always be grateful.

I’ve had a lovely but emotional day at Hollys memorial Dance competition. This amazing competition is run every year by Holly’s dance teacher Kerry Whitfield to help us raise some money for Holly’s Hope.

We raised a staggering £574.30 which will go towards school resources for when we are delivering our educational packages.

Also a huge well done to Isabella Haley from Dance Max for winning Holly’s memorial cup.

Holly will be so proud of her dance community for their efforts today. Well done everyone 💜

3½ years.

That’s how long it’s been since Holly’s life was taken.

For 3½ years, we have lived with unimaginable heartbreak. For 3½ years, we’ve fought to ensure Holly’s death wasn’t in vain. We’ve spoken in schools, worked with professionals, shared Holly’s story, and campaigned for change so that other families might be spared the pain we carry every day.

But we still don’t have Holly’s Law.

We cannot allow this campaign to fade into the background. We cannot allow Holly’s name to become just another headline from the past.

Today, I’m asking for your help.

Please write to your local MP.

Ask them to support Holly’s Law. Ask them to keep it on the Government’s agenda. Ask them to raise it with ministers and keep pushing until meaningful change happens.

It doesn’t matter where you live. It doesn’t matter which political party your MP belongs to. If enough people speak up, Parliament has to listen.

Your email or letter might only take a few minutes to write, but together, thousands of voices can make a difference.

I promised Holly that I would do everything I could to protect other young people. I won’t stop fighting for her, but I can’t do it alone.

Please stand with us.

Please stand with Holly.

Let’s make sure that, after 3½ years of waiting, we finally see the positive change that so many families desperately need.

Because Holly should still be here.

Because every young person deserves to be safe.
