📢 Roofing Repairs

For tenants who have reported roofing repairs, our contractors are currently attending properties to carry out surveys and assess the required works.

Due to the current adverse weather conditions and high winds, contractors are unable to safely complete roofing repairs at this time. The safety of both residents and operatives remains our priority.

Please be assured that all reported repairs will be prioritised and completed as soon as weather conditions allow. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
