We are delighted to confirm that our co-founder Bruce Newlands has joined the board of the UK Men's Sheds Association to help in the development of the next stage of the organisation.
We look forward to working with Bruce on ideas to attract a new generation of shedders to the movement with intergenerational work.
🛠️ Welcome to the Shed, to our seven new UKMSA Trustees!
We're delighted to welcome seven new members to the UK Men's Sheds Association Board of Trustees, bringing fresh ideas, valuable experience and a shared enthusiasm for everything that makes Sheds special!
Our new Trustees bring a fantastic mix of skills and experience to the table. Even better, plenty of them know their way around a Shed too!
In fact, eight of our fourteen board members are active Shedders, with two also volunteering as UKMSA Ambassadors. With all four UK nations represented, it's great to have people who understand Sheds from the inside helping to shape our future.
Behind every great Shed are people willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, and the same goes for UKMSA.
We're looking forward to working together to support more Sheds, more Shedders and our shared ambition of a Shed for everyone who wants one.
