Creeping Buttercup and another day of hard work for the volunteers at the Walled Garden, w**ding and mulching.

We were prototyping some new signage for the walled garden which we are planning to link to our website via QR codes to help people know when and what to harvest responsibly and what to do with it.

BIG Thankyou to the Community Service ‘no paid’ Team for spreading woodchips and freshen up the paths between the Shore Street herb beds

Busy day today at the Walled Garden, catching up with w**ding, watering and planting out. Our two year giant kale finally came out, it was bolting spectacularly with the dry weather, we have replaced with lots of purple sprouting broccoli, white kale, climbing beans, corn, asparagus and marigold & nasturtium companion flowers. Onions, Shallots, Leeks, Chives & Tatties all doing really well.
