🌟 Another lovely morning at Grangetown Generations today! 🌟

Our Parent, Baby & Toddler Group was full of smiles, laughter and lots of fun, with the children absolutely loving the latest addition to our sessions – our new toddler bouncy castle! 🏰🎉

Alongside bouncing, little ones enjoyed a wide range of activities, crafts, toys and play opportunities, helping them learn, explore and make new friends in a safe and welcoming environment.

🌟 Representing Grangetown Generations on the National Stage 🌟

Today, our Charity Founder Adam, is attending the Business in the Community Pride of Place Summit 2026 in London.

The event brings together community leaders, businesses, charities and public sector organisations from across the UK to share ideas and explore how collaboration can create stronger, more resilient places.

We are especially proud that Business in the Community (BITC) has played such a significant role in Grangetown Generations journey. Through their support, guidance and investment, BITC has become a lead partner in helping deliver our ambitious modernisation programme, which is transforming our building into a more sustainable, accessible and future-ready community asset.

From funding support and project management expertise to connecting us with businesses that share our vision, BITC has helped us turn ideas into reality and accelerate improvements that will benefit local residents for years to come.

As a member of the Pride of Place network, Adam is sharing the Grangetown story while bringing back new ideas, partnerships and opportunities that can continue to strengthen our community.

We are proud to see Grangetown Generations represented at a national event and look forward to putting the learning from today into practice here at home.

Great to see our work at Grangetown Generations Centre being highlighted in the media.

These new solar panels and battery storage are a major step forward in reducing our running costs, improving the long-term sustainability of the centre, and helping us reinvest more money back into supporting local people and community services.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the project and believed in our vision for a stronger, greener and more resilient community facility for Grangetown. 🌱☀️

Grangetown Generations has boosted its sustainability with new solar panels and battery storage funded through a £50,000 community grant.
