Home-Start Teesside works with families with at least one child under the age of 5 years, helping to build confidence, resilience, connections and relationships. Many parents, are desperate to do the right thing, to give their children the best possible start in life, but find they are fighting against the odds. edcar & Cleveland areas with at least one child under 5 who are dealing with issues such as....
• Isolation and loneliness
• Sickness
• Disability
• Mental health
• Domestic abuse
• Multiple births

📣 Calling all knitters 🧶 🪡🧵

We are running very low on our current supply of baby hats. Even in this heat, babies can become cold in the early hours of life and benefit from these kind donations.

If you have spare time (and wool!), we would really appreciate basic hats (no ties or straps please) in any colour, to fit a head circumference of 33-38cm (13”-15”).

Please bring any donations to Central Delivery Suite at James Cook University Hospital.
