Open Door North East (ODNE) is recruiting for three exciting roles to help us expand our impact and deepen our support for people who have experienced forced migration.

Casework and Advocacy Manager
We’re looking for a compassionate and strategic leader to shape our casework and advocacy services. If you have experience supporting migrants, managing teams, and navigating NRPF challenges, this is a chance to make a lasting difference in the Tees Valley.

Full-Time Support Worker
This role supports newly granted refugees to access housing and integrate into the community, working across Stockton Borough Council and ODNE’s refugee integration team. (6-month contract, likely extension)

Part-Time Mental Health Support Worker
In partnership with MIND and funded by South Tees Changing Futures, this new pilot role will provide specialist, culturally responsive support to refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants with NRPF. You’ll help individuals access services, capture lived experiences, and contribute to inclusive service design. (Approx. 16 hrs/week, 1-year contract, subject to funding)

This year we were able to support over 1500 refugees and asylum seekers across the Tees Valley. We could not have done this without your generosity along the way.
