See you at the APF we will be in the woods,

This year, the Small Woods Association AGM will be taking place at APF 2026 on Saturday 26th September.

As we count down to the event, we're sharing some of the things you can look forward to if you're joining us.

Horse logging has a long history in British forestry and continues to offer a low-impact way of extracting timber in sensitive woodland settings. The British Horse Loggers British Horse Loggers will be demonstrating their work throughout the weekend, sharing how horses still play an important role in modern forestry and the benefits they can bring to woodlands and the wider environment.

We hope you'll join us for the AGM and take some time to explore everything else happening across the show.

Small Woods members can book discounted Saturday tickets for £23 per person, plus a £1 administration fee.
