🌿 Free Community Sessions: Understanding Dementia 🌿

Are you caring for a loved one living with dementia, or would you like to learn more about how to support someone with dementia in your life or community?

Join us for our free Dementia Support Sessions with our specialist dementia trainer, Barbara Bertram, RN. These relaxed and friendly sessions are designed to provide practical information, guidance, and support for carers and family members.

☕ Upcoming sessions:
• Wednesday 13th May | 10:00–11:30
• Thursday 11th June | 10:00–11:30
• Tuesday 7th July | 13:30–15:00

💬 Topics include:
• Understanding dementia
• How to support someone living with dementia
• Advice, tips, and open discussion in a supportive environment
