Accessible 15m hydrotherapy pool, swim lessons, soft play, rebound therapy and climbing wall. The Chamwell Centre Charity is dedicated to supporting people of all ages with permanent or temporary disabilities, additional needs, limited mobility, and older generations. Our facilities are designed to enhance family time, improve movement, develop skills, and facilitate social interactions. By promoting a safe, integrated, and inclusive community hub, we aim to improve the lives of disabled individuals through our wide range of inclusive activities and facilities. At The Chamwell Centre Charity, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual has the opportunity to contribute and thrive. Our facilities—including a hydrotherapy pool, soft play area, outdoor adventure playground, and community café—serve as platforms for both leisure and therapy, while also providing empowerment through employment and volunteering opportunities. We offer a variety of roles in our reception, kitchen, and community café, enabling individuals to gain valuable work experience, enhance their skills, and foster independence. Team members with disabilities are integral to our operations, actively contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our community. In addition to work opportunities, we encourage social interaction and personal development through diverse activities and events. Volunteers with disabilities play a crucial role in our programs, gaining experience, building confidence, and forming meaningful connections within the community.

⛳ A HUGE THANK YOU TO JASON HYDE! 💗

A massive thank you to our wonderful friend and supporter Jason Hyde, who raised over £500 for The Chamwell Centre Charity at his recent Golf Day, alongside a further £500+ for 4Ed Charity!

Jason also hosted two fundraising events for us last year, and we are so grateful for his continued generosity and support.

But Jason’s support doesn’t stop at fundraising!

💡 Jason works with Utility Warehouse (UW), helping households save money on their everyday bills, and through its commercial side, Full Power, he helps businesses and organisations reduce their utility costs too.

In fact, Jason has helped Chamwell save a huge amount of money on our own utility bills – money that can instead go towards supporting the people who use our Centre.

🎃🍂 **OCTOBER HALF-TERM AT THE CHAMWELL CENTRE!** 🍂🎃

📅 **Wednesday 21st October – Sunday 1st November 2026**

We'll be running our extended school holiday timetable, with more soft play and hydrotherapy pool sessions available throughout the day, alongside our community café.

🛝 **SOFT PLAY & HALF-TERM TREATS!**

Our three-tier soft play welcomes SEND and non-SEND children, with sessions throughout the day.

🧸 General Soft Play: 10am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm & 4pm – £7 per child

💛 SEND Soft Play: 11am & 2pm – £5 per child

Every soft play booking includes:

🥤 A FREE cup of squash and a sweet treat!

🍽️ Plus 10% off a children's meal in our café!

🎟️ Book your soft play sessions online via our website.

☕ **CHAMWELL COMMUNITY CAFÉ**

Our welcoming café is open throughout half-term, with slightly different opening hours.

Whether you're visiting the pool or soft play, or simply popping in for a coffee, breakfast or lunch, everyone is welcome!

💦 **EXTENDED HYDROTHERAPY POOL SESSIONS**

Our 15-metre accessible hydrotherapy pool, heated to 34–36°C for adults and children with disabilities and additional needs.

With additional daytime availability for this week our weekday timetable will start from 11am, offering more opportunities for registered users to enjoy the pool.

All users must have a valid, approved registration before booking a session. If you're not already registered, please apply as soon as possible to allow time for approval before half-term.

🦆💛 **Look what our little Chucklings have been up to!**

It's been a busy few weeks at Chamwell Chucklings, with lots of creativity, messy hands and fun along the way!

🐔 Getting creative with feathers and hens for World Farm Animals Day.

♻️ Turning everyday bits and bobs into fabulous creations with some junk modelling.

🍂 Making colourful masterpieces with conker painting.

🌈 And plenty of squishing, rolling and creating with Play-Doh too!

Our Chucklings Stay & Play sessions are all about giving little ones the chance to play, learn, explore and have fun together, with SEND and non-SEND children all welcome.

And while the little ones are busy playing, there's time for parents and carers to enjoy a cuppa, a catch-up and some quality time together too! ☕💛

We're back after half-term on Wednesday 4th November with our Bonfire Night session, followed by lots more themed activities in the run-up to Christmas! 🎄

As this is a Stay & Play session, parents and carers must stay with their children and remain responsible for them at all times. It's all about enjoying some playtime together!
