A huge thank you to everyone who joined Farnborough Gate Bowls Club at their Charity Bowls Event.

Thanks to the wonderful support shown throughout the day, we're delighted to announce that they have raised an incredible £1,055 in support of the Stroke Unit at Frimley Park Hospital.

The sunshine, bowling, raffle and cream teas made for a great afternoon, but the event's success was down to the support and generosity shown by everyone who attended.

Together, you've helped make a positive impact for the Stroke Unit.💙

A huge thank you to Rachel and Chris 💙

In lieu of wedding gifts, they and their loved ones generously donated an incredible £4,699 to support our vascular patients.

This gesture is especially meaningful, as the care Rachel’s dad received for cancer and aortic surgery meant he was able to walk her down the aisle on their special day. We’re so grateful for your kindness and support!

Transforming diabetic foot care at Wexham Park Hospital 👣💙

Thanks to a generous £6,000 donation from the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation and an additional £1,500 personal contribution from Associate Member Alan Marsh, patients are now benefiting from pioneering oxygen therapy boots that help diabetic foot ulcers heal faster.

The technology is being used in a different way, to boost in-patient healing for the first time in the UK. The oxygen boots can help to reduce recovery times, lower the risk of serious complications such as amputation, and improve long-term outcomes for people living with diabetes.

Every £1,500 donated funds 20 oxygen boots, giving more patients a better chance of healing and recovery.

A huge thank you to the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation and Alan Marsh for helping drive innovation in patient care and making a real difference to lives across our community.

We’re so proud of Wayne, who is taking on the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon to thank the Frimley Park Stroke Unit for the care that helped him rebuild his life, and he has already raised an amazing £850 of his £1,000 goal. 🎉

After surviving a haemorrhagic stroke in April last year and spending 10 days in a coma, Wayne fought his way back - learning to walk, talk and eat again with the support of the amazing team at Frimley Park Hospital!

Thank you to SC Johnson, A Family Company for 10 years of incredible support! 💙

From supporting our Dementia Appeal, Stroke Therapy Unit and mammography equipment to sponsoring Run Frimley for many years and supporting staff, patients and families across our hospitals — their impact has been truly transformative.

Most recently, they helped fund vital therapies and services for patients of all ages including music therapy for dementia patients, rehabilitation equipment for intensive care patients, exercise classes for children with diabetes, support services for families with babies receiving neonatal care, meals for staff through our Golden Christmas Appeal.

Thank you, SC Johnson, for making a difference to local healthcare every single day!

This week we celebrated Dan Hurst's outstanding London Marathon achievement, raising a incredible £8,913 for Frimley Park Hospital's Stroke Unit! 👏

Dan’s fundraising is deeply personal—giving back to the team who played such a vital role in his recovery, helping him to walk and talk again following a tragic accident. His determination, resilience, and strength are truly inspiring and a powerful reminder of the difference compassionate care can make!
