Fiona Maguire, Transitions Co-ordinator from the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership continues to host monthly Drop-in Cafés in the Carers Centre (1a Bank Street, Falkirk).

❗𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝟒-𝟐𝟓 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐒𝐍 in the Falkirk area, who are registered with the Carers Centre.

✅ Learn how young people are supported in their transitions beyond school

We’re so grateful to this incredible Bo'ness-based business for providing unpaid carers with a relaxing break for 3 years in a row.

What a fantastic way to end Carers Week!

💪 This morning a very brave group of carers, who didn't get cold feet 😉, joined our first Cold Water Dip session. The weather was kind to us and they all did really well and had a great time. Look at those smiley faces! 😍

We hope everyone who joined us this week, had an amazing time, managed to relax and get a break from their caring routine.

Another fantastic day to raise awareness of, support and celebrate carers!

🫶 Our Support Workers had great conversations with patients, staff and visitors at Forth Valley Royal Hospital (NHS Forth Valley), where we had a stall to raise awareness of carers and how we can support them.
🍰 Clackmannanshire carers enjoyed delicious food and amazing company at Inglewood House and Spa.
🧘‍♀️ Carers learnt to relax using breathing techniques and mindfulness practices with Good Vibes Meditation Mental Health and Wellbeing Trust.
