What a lovely WELLBEING WALK we had this week - even the sun shone for us. We meet every Tuesday at 130pm at the Wellness/Accessibility entrance of Great Sutton Medical Centre. We would love to see you there.

Wow what a day for moving more in your local community. Today Great Sutton Medical Centre 2 classes for strength and balance, our community gym is offering flexibility to local residents and Great Sutton Village Hall today Great Sutton Wellness Company CIC are running a packed Back2exercise class for anyone interested and a neurological exercise class to help people suffering to remain mobile. Loving the spirit shown for our health and wellbeing projects, aimed at supporting people with any health needs from physical to emotional. The most important part of our service is it is inclusive not exclusive so anyone can attend. Anyone is welcome.
