The Youth Federation is one of the North West’s leading youth charities directly supporting 5000 young and vulnerable people aged from eight years to 25 years every year. The Youth Federation makes a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children, from all backgrounds, and also provides support to a network of youth organisations that reach more than 50,000 young people each year. head office in Ellesmere Port, it runs a number of programmes across Cheshire, Halton, Warrington and Wirral, including youth groups, education, pre-employment and mentoring programmes which directly affect local young people.

📢 We’re recruiting a Fundraising & Development Manager to help shape an exciting new youth space project from development through to long-term sustainability.

📍 Location: Flexible hybrid role — home working with travel across Youth Fed delivery areas, including Macclesfield
💰 Salary: £32,555–£36,971 per annum
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
📄 Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for someone with experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, project coordination or partnership working, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. No degree qualification required.
You’ll work with funders, businesses, donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders to support fundraising activity, coordinate partnerships, and help drive this exciting project forward.
